Mission HCM wants everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to use our website and get the information and services we offer.
Working toward WCAG 2.1 Level AA
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard most widely used for website accessibility in the United States. We review the site with automated testing and manual checks, and we fix issues as we find them.
Steps we take
- Text and background colors that meet WCAG AA contrast ratios
- Descriptive text for meaningful images
- A clear heading structure on every page
- Labeled form fields
- A skip-to-content link and a declared page language
